Finland: Naantali – A Baltic Spa Town


Before Naantali became a popular 18th century spa town it was an important pilgrimage destination founded around a medieval Brigittine convent, the church of which still dominates the skyline. Today you can explore the town and visit the gardens of the President’s cottage, sail around the Finnish archipelago, or stay in a luxury suite on board a cruise ship that goes nowhere but devotes its services to spa treatments and healthy rejuvenation.
